This soprano is the one of the loudest ukes of it's size I've ever heard. In fact it's louder than many concert and tenor ukes. In addition to being a cannon it has the most important element, Tone, with a capital T. It's really quite beautiful and is one of my favorites. It features a solid cedar top, flamed mahogany back and sides, excellent fret work, Aquila strings, bone nut and saddle, rosewood, bridge, fret board and binding with a rope design on the front and around the sound hole and a nice thin gloss finish. In my opinion this soprano sounds better than many ukes costing 3-4 times more. |
